The Local Ministry Training is for anyone wanting to join one of our Local Ministry teams — specifically Mission Graduates, Because Justice Matters, Young Life, City Hope, New Door, Old Skool Cafe, Bayview Hunter's Point Community Legal, or City Impact Academy — as they are able and ready to welcome new volunteers in this upcoming season.

In order to ensure our vision of serving San Francisco well through healthy and effective volunteering, we require all Local Ministry volunteers to attend this training. Though we will all constantly be learning and growing in ministry, this training provides a basic framework for relational urban ministry. The training is available three times per year.

The next date for this training will be Saturday, April 8th, from 9:30AM-12PM at the RSF Headquarters.
